A skill that MUST be MASTERED by every
quality player is the ability to take a ball out of the air and get
it on the ground as fast as possible.
Why do we NEVER teach this. We spend so much time juggling that
every time we touch a ball, it goes back up in the air.
Teach your players to get the ball on the ground and MOVE as fast as
they can.
SoccerU does this and uses traditional training methods that have
been around for over 50 years, but are simply not taught.
