I am a beginner to soccer, and I am still unsure of the rules.

One of the things I have thought about doing in soccer is holding the ball between my knees and hopping towards the goal (at least for a few steps), or curling up and rolling towards the goal...

Alternatively I have seen people do some tricks where they can balance the ball on the back of their neck, or even their nose. Are soccer players allowed to transport the ball on the field this way in soccer?

Another option may be to balance this on a raised thigh/knee and slowly move towards goal or elsewhere ...

Are these options legal in soccer?

Thanks for your help again and I apologise for the naive questions. I realise these questions may sound silly to some people but perhaps I am thinking outside the square :)

PS Did you know in Australian football a technique was tried by the professional teams, where all the players from across the whole field gathered in a single bunch of players in order to transport the ball down the field.

Could this be done with soccer, where the players link elbows to form a ring around the ball, and transport the ball to the other side balanced on their hips (or chests) and slowly walking towards goal?
