I am having problems ordering online, what can I do?
We get this question about once a week and the "fix" always seems to work.
For some reason using FireFox web browser fixes 100% of ordering issues. Firefox is free and is designed by people that are NOT trying to sell you something. They are 100% security focused and all the top "web people" use it. You can download it here: FIREFOX 

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not business days. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. US orders arrive in 2 -4 business days, world wide orders arrive in 7 - 10 business days.

Do you offer any faster shipping method?
No, we do not. The USPS priority mail system is fairly quick and costs up to 70% less than many shipping methods. (Especially on world wide orders.) We have had very good success using it.

I am having trouble ordering online is there some thing wrong?
If you experience any ordering or website issues we strongly recommend you first try a different web browser. If you are using AOL as an example, try using FireFox. Why this helps we don't know. It just often does.

Running security software that blocks things such as "cookies" etc, will often cause probelms when using a SSL system. Try shutting off any such software before ordering.

Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will get two. One from our website and one from the PayPal processing center.
MAKE SURE you check your spam folders and junk mail box. Sometimes emails can be delayed up to 60 minutes depending on your mail servers.
